Keyword Research & Consultation
Per consultation: $250
An SEO Consultation comes with a Comprehensive Keyword Research Report; complete with keyword research performed for your current website, your industry as a whole, and for keywords used by your competitors. Consultations also include a Competitive Analysis Report and a list of Action Items you can use to determine the level of SEO Service you require.
Link Building
Monthly retainer: $250
Link building services are provided on a monthly retainer basis. It is suggested that, regardless of whether or not you request this service, you still request links to your website from friends, family, and associated businesses and even current customers. You can build links to your website on your own if you have the time to do so.
We provide this service for companies who choose to spend this time and their personal resources working on their own products and services.
(Approximate number of links per month will vary based on industry reach and immersion and can be discussed further during a Consultation. We do not sell bulk-link services like many other "SEO" companies. We believe in high quality links and spend more time developing relationships with the websites we request links from so these links will continue to be high quality links long into the future.)
Copy Writing
Hourly rate: $85/hr.
As a general rule, we build websites you can edit on your own. Additionally, we can bring your existing website content into your new website.
We provide copy writing services for companies who do not have on-staff copy writers or who would like unique high quality content written to address SEO. Copy writing services are provided on a case-by-case basis and are billed at an hourly rate. There are companies out there that can produce "unique" content fast and at cheap prices. We are not one of those companies.
Concerns that go into our copy writing services include: existing anchor text pointing to current copy; anchor text that will be included in the new copy; existing content on pages that will point to the new copy; existing content on pages the new copy will contain links to; and most importantly, the expected user who will be reading the new copy (for example, a landing page optimized for a search performed by a user interested in starting a fundraiser should include, at a minimum, links to related products, but may also include links to existing "How To" resources, contact information, and any other resources that will help that user "start a fundraiser").
We also provide copy writing for additional external copy such as press releases, blog posts, and industry-related articles.
Advanced SEO Services
Monthly retainer: $2000
Services we provide companies who desire to go that extra mile to make sure their website continues to climb search engine ranks. This service is provided on a monthly retainer basis and involves a lot more than link building and occasional copy writing. Examples of items included in our advanced SEO services include: location or geo-centric optimization; existing content evaluation; editing of existing landing pages and meta information; monitoring of search engine rankings; competitor research reports; comprehensive link building research report to include incoming links, outgoing links, and a link defined sitemap of your existing website.

Pay Per Click or PPC Advertising
Monthly retainer: $250 (does not include PPC advertising pool)
PPC advertising is the process of paying companies like Google, Yahoo!, and Bing to include advertisements in their search engine results pages and through websites that participate in their advertising programs for your website.
We provide this service for those companies who desire immediate traffic to their websites. PPC advertising is not a substitute for SEO and should be used sparingly unless work has already been put into creating high-quality converting landing pages on your website for this express use.
